Welcome to Rihalo. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to rihalo.com and your purchase and use of products offered through our website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Digital Products Policy, and any license terms displayed on the relevant product page.

  1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Rihalo primarily sells digital products, including files such as SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF, ZIP, templates, graphics, and other downloadable content.

A product is digital unless its product page clearly states that a physical item will be shipped.

Please review the product description, included file formats, software requirements, dimensions, and license information before purchasing.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.

Payments are securely processed through PayPal. Depending on availability and location, customers may pay using a PayPal account or an eligible debit or credit card.

An order is accepted after payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed.

We may cancel or refund an order when:

  • Payment cannot be verified.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
  • A pricing or technical error affected the order.
  • The product cannot be delivered.
  • The order violates these Terms.
  1. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through:

  • The order-confirmation page.
  • A download link sent by email.
  • The Downloads section of the customer’s Rihalo account, when applicable.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

Delivery is considered completed when the download link or file access is made available to the email address or customer account used for the purchase.

If you do not receive access to your files, contact contact@rihalo.com and include your order number.

  1. IMMEDIATE ACCESS AND CANCELLATION

By purchasing digital content and requesting immediate access, you agree that delivery may begin immediately after payment.

Because a downloaded or accessed digital product cannot be physically returned, the right to cancel due only to a change of mind may end once access or downloading begins, where permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect mandatory rights relating to files that are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from their description.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it according to the license stated on the product page or included with the downloaded files.

Unless commercial use is expressly permitted, the product is licensed for personal use only.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the product, copyright, trademark, source artwork, or other intellectual-property rights.

Where a separate license file accompanies a product, that license forms part of these Terms and controls the permitted use of that product.

  1. PROHIBITED USE

Unless expressly authorized by the applicable license, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original digital files.
  • Upload the files to public drives, file-sharing websites, marketplaces, design libraries, or membership platforms.
  • Claim the artwork or files as your own creation.
  • Sell or distribute the files in a digital format that allows others to extract or reuse the original design.
  • Copy, reproduce, or use product previews to create competing digital products.
  • Use the products for unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or infringing purposes.
  • Share download links or account access with other people.

Unauthorized redistribution may result in suspension of download access and further appropriate action.

  1. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY

Customers are responsible for confirming that the listed file formats are compatible with their software, device, printer, cutting machine, or other equipment.

Rihalo does not guarantee compatibility with software, devices, versions, or equipment not expressly listed as supported on the product page.

We will provide reasonable assistance when a valid file problem occurs.

  1. REFUNDS AND PRODUCT PROBLEMS

Digital purchases are generally final after the files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law or covered by our Refund & Digital Products Policy.

We will review requests involving:

  • A missing or incorrect file.
  • A corrupted or unusable file.
  • Duplicate charges.
  • Failure to provide the purchased download.
  • A product materially different from its description.

We may first provide troubleshooting, a corrected file, or a replacement download. When a valid problem cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, an appropriate full or partial refund may be issued.

  1. ACCOUNTS

Customers may be permitted to purchase as guests or create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information.
  • Protecting your password.
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
  • Informing us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, unauthorized sharing, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

  1. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Please contact contact@rihalo.com before opening a payment dispute whenever possible. Direct contact is usually the fastest way to correct a file or delivery problem.

When a PayPal dispute or chargeback is opened, Rihalo may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider, including order details, customer communications, delivery records, access records, and download activity.

Nothing in this section removes rights available under PayPal’s applicable terms or mandatory consumer law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Rihalo name, website content, product images, previews, graphics, text, downloadable products, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, software, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially exploited except as expressly permitted.

  1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, security incidents, software updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When a technical problem prevents delivery of a paid product, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide the files through another appropriate method.

  1. ACCURACY AND CHANGES

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, previews, file formats, and prices accurately.

We may correct errors, update information, improve products, or withdraw products when necessary.

Minor differences caused by screen settings, software rendering, printers, cutting machines, materials, or user configuration do not automatically mean that a product is defective.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rihalo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use or inability to use a product.

Our total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Information collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Payment information is processed by PayPal. Rihalo does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including PayPal, Google reCAPTCHA, WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting providers, and email-service providers.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

  1. CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms do not remove or limit any mandatory consumer right available under the laws that apply to you.

Where digital content is faulty, inaccessible, unsafe, or materially different from its description, legally required remedies remain available.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
